Company Policy
Payment: We value your business and want to make payment convenient. We accept cash, check, Venmo & Cash app. Once the cleaning is complete, an invoice will be given to you. All payments are due the day of servicing. Payment reminders will be sent out one time. If payment has not been received within 48 hours, a $25 late fee will be added to your account.
Preparing For Your Clean: We are here to help make your life easier and will do our best to clean your space. Some tidying up on our part is okay, but we ask for the areas that need to be cleaned to have minimal clutter so we can be efficient. We will dust & wipe around belongings, but if there is an excessive amount, we will skip over the area.
Pets: We love animals! We do not mind your animals being left out while we clean. However, if you have an aggressive pet or a “follower”, please put them in a safe space, so we can do our job efficiently. The safety of our team and your pet is taken very seriously.
Large items: Due to insurance purposes and the safety of our team, we will not move heavy furniture, electronics, or appliances. If you would like for an item to be cleaned behind or underneath, please have it moved before we arrive. Or you will need to sign a waiver for any damage that may be caused in the process of our service for that specific task.
Complaints: If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please make us aware within 24 hours, we will correct it at a time you agree upon. No refunds will be given.
Damages: If any damage to your home or items occur from us, we will immediately notify you and provide compensation. If you notice any damage that we haven’t communicated with you, please contact us within 48 hours or we reserve the right to deny compensation.
Privacy: We prioritize your privacy and do not disclose your personal information with any third parties. We do, however, take photos to document our work before, during and after as well as for advertising purposes. If we would like to use a photo for advertising, we will ALWAYS get permission before doing so.
Additional Services: We are happy to provide extra cleaning services for you, for an additional fee. Please communicate these add-ons in advance so we can schedule the proper amount of time for your cleaning.
